For project I create subtasks with dates. My system consists on 3 lists (work, personal, YouTube content and Weekly Reviews) I throw the tasks in their category set a due date and that is it, trying to plan one week ahead. ![]() ![]() Have any of you done that or did anything to reset or restart you way to manage tasks? Or am I trying to organise the tasks again instead of doing it? HAHAH' Then come back to TickTick which I love to use and create a new and simple system. I have been thinking about to move to a simple method, pen and paper or even a simpler task manager for a week or a month and only do the essential planning, trying to break the habit. I realise that sometimes I spend more time planning and design the system than actually doing the tasks. ![]() Hey guys, I have been using TickTick for 9 months and I really enjoy it and I have have a very simplistic way to organise my tasks and projects on it, but recently I have been overwhelmed trying to organise everything.
